Comment on an issue
Posts a comment as the caller, with the files uploaded for it, and records it in the issue's history. It needs text or a file. Everyone it mentions who is on the project and may read the issue is notified, in the notification panel and by email on the project's schedule for issue.mentioned. 409 on a deleted issue.
Who may call it: Anyone on the project whose permission profile allows issue.create. API keys: yes, given issue.create for this project.
gamma.session_token<token>The session cookie a sign-in sets. Over HTTPS its name carries the __Secure- prefix. Browsers send it on their own; other clients keep it from the sign-in response.
