Update a status set

PATCH
/api/projects/{projectId}/status-sets/{statusSetId}

values, when sent, is the whole list in order: ids kept, values without one created, the rest deleted. Refused with 400 for an id not of this set, and with 409 for a name taken or a deleted value an element holds.

Who may call it: Whoever manages the project: an owner, security admin or admin of its organization, or an admin of the project. API keys: no.

The session cookie a sign-in sets. Over HTTPS its name carries the __Secure- prefix. Browsers send it on their own; other clients keep it from the sign-in response.
