Read model element values
Per model, every element — or those matching conditions — with its value for each of attributes, dictionary-encoded: what the progress dashboard counts. One JSON answer, about 30 bytes an element. Each model is read at its newest converted version; models with none are listed in notConverted instead of failing the request. 409 when the organization's storage the files are in is disconnected.
Who may call it: Anyone on the project whose permission profile allows model.read. API keys: yes, given model.read for this project.
