List identity providers

Returns a list of SSO providers the user has access to
sessioncookie
gamma.session_token<token>The session cookie a sign-in sets. Over HTTPS its name carries the __Secure- prefix. Browsers send it on their own; other clients keep it from the sign-in response.
List of SSO providers. The certificate field is an array of parsed certificates for SAML providers, or absent when certs live inside idpMetadata.metadata.
